Ticketing Details

When will it be?

Grand opening is on the 28-29 Sept 2024. Subsequently Showroom will be opened from Wednesdays - Fridays 1pm - 7pm and Saturdays 10am - 7pm

Where will the showroom be?

The Showroom will be held at our office - No.1 New Industrial Road, Times Centre, #02-03 S(536196)

How do I attend the showroom?

The showroom is a ticketed event to crowd control. Tickets will be on sale for the following week every Saturday at 8pm.

Cart your tickets once they're released online and show up only on your selected date and time! You will receive an automated confirmation email for your purchase once it is successful.

Tickets are priced at $10 and will be transferred to your account in gift card format that can be used to offset your purchases.

How do I pay when shopping at the Showroom?

Credits cards will be accepted at our POS system.

Can I purchase more than 1 tickets for my friends/partner?

Yes you can purchase for multiple pax to enter, but the gift cards will be credited under the buyer's account.

Does my partner/kids need a ticket to enter?

No tickets will be required if your partner/kids will not be using the fitting rooms.

Will the tickets be sold at the door? When will ticket sales stop?

Tickets will only be available online and the sale of tickets will end when all tickets are full sold out on site. Should you have an individual without a ticket who wants to enter, please purchase a ticket online, while stocks last.

I changed my mind, can I get a refund for my ticket? What happens if I am late or missed my slot?

All ticket sales are final. In the event of no-show, tickets sold are not refundable but you are still able to keep the gift card of $20 with validity of six months. You can use them for your online purchases.

Time slots are fixed and confirmed at the time of purchase, no cancellations, extensions or re-entry will be allowed. If you are late, you will still be allowed into the shopping area to shop the remaining duration till the end of your selected time slot.

Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before your scheduled slot for registration.

Can discount codes like ( CNY10, NEW10, AUDREY10 etc ) be applied on tickets?

No. Any discount codes will not be applicable on ticket sales. Discount codes are still applicable during your purchase in our showroom.

Am I able to use my store credits to purchase the tickets?

No, store credits cannot be used on tickets but can be used when you are checking out in our showroom.

Showroom FAQ

What are the designs available for trying?

Showroom exclusive pieces and selected designs with availability on site from our Backorders and latest designs will be available.

Can I request to try items that are not displayed?

No. We will not be able to withdraw other pieces from our inventory that are not displayed on the rack. In the case where your wanted size or item is in the hands of another customer, kindly inform our staff at the changing room and they will pass it to you once the customer is done trying. You may still seek sizing assistance from our team if needed.

I saw online states 'low in stock' for my wanted item, can I reserve the items first?

Unfortunately no reservation of item will be allowed. Purchase will be on a first come first serve basis. Kindly consider other available designs / colours. You can still purchase an available item on site even if it is low in stock and not displayed in our showroom.

How will the items be categorised?

Items on the racks will be sorted according to designs.

How many people will be allowed in the sale area?

Only team members and individuals with tickets are allowed to enter the premises. Due to space constraints, we are not able to cater to any plus ones if no tickets are purchased for them. They can wait outside the place.

Is there a limit to the number of items I can try?

Yes, there is a limit of 4 items that you can try. You may need to rejoin the queue if you have more than 4 items to try.

What do I need to bring for the sale?

Please have your confirmation email ready for registration. We encourage customers to come in a small bag. All other bags will be placed in a baggage area with baggage tags provided.

Am I able to re-enter again even if it is within my timeslot

Nope, unfortunately each ticket is only allowed for entry once. Should you leave midway your timeslot, no re-entry will be allowed.

Am I able to pass my ticket to my friend for entry once I finish my time?

Tickets are not transferrable to another user. Account holder will be checked against upon entry.

Can I use existing store credits to cart out in the showroom?

Yes you can use any payment methods that you prefer ( same as carting out online ) Store credits are considered as a payment method for online purchases. By default, backend will utilise all gift cards in priority then you can select to pay the remaining with store credits or other payment methods.

Example, Total order : $100, You will cart out with ( $20 ticket gift card ) + $30 ( existing store credits if applicable ) + $50 ( any other payment methods u prefer )

Do note that orders made with store credits will not be allowed returns and exchanges ( same T&Cs apply for online orders made with store credits )

For showroom purchases, can i still opt for returns and exchanges?

Yes, as long as no store credits from a previous return is used in your order. This is the same T&Cs as online orders.

Can I use discount codes to cart out in the showroom?

Yes you can use any payment methods that you prefer ( same as carting out online ) Store credits is considered as a payment method for online purchases. You can even use ticket gift card ( $20 ) with store credits and card payment if needed.

Terms & Conditions

One ticket entitles only (1) person's entry to the Showroom within the time slot. Guests without a ticket will not be allowed to enter the premises.
The ticket price of $10 can be used to offset your purchase at the sale via Gift Certificate as a payment method during checkout.
All ticket sales are final. Time slots are fixed and confirmed at the time of purchase, no cancellations, extensions, negotiations or re-entry.
Entry will only be granted during your selected time slot.
Tickets sold are not refundable in the event of no-show. You can utilise the gift card for online purchases with a validity of six months
Unused value will not be refunded in any form. Expiry of gift certificate will be valid for 6 months from purchase.
The Style Soiree reserves the right at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove these terms and conditions without prior notice.
