In love with our signature puffy sleeves? Penelope comes with voluminous pleated puff sleeve detail with no elastic band at armhole for that added armhole. Designed with a subtle sweetheart neckline and a fit and flare flowy silhouette, this is an easy romper dress to wear everyday for all casual occasions.
Comes with a slight low back v design that is still high enough to cover your bra strap.
Made with anti-slip band at neckline, inner shorts lining, elastic band at shoulders for the puffy sleeve to hold, removable one-piece slight push up padding and finished off with a concealed back zipper.
